Special Agent Deene Allen of the Neo Jericho Police Department has been tasked with infiltrating and investigating the highly illegal underground operation known as ‘Sanctuary’, providing free medical care to those from the underground city known as Lithe. As Deene descends, he finds himself remembering the life and humanity beneath the surface from his childhood, that the city above so sorely lacked. And above all else, he meets Dante Ruiz, the owner of Sanctuary, who shows him the true meaning of humanity and kindness.
